Let me tell you how my experience went today. I called in an order for a medium pepperoni pie. "Hi there, how are ya?" I asked the man who answered the phone. "I am happy, grateful , I couldn't be better!" He replied. I ordered my pizza and since I work nearby, walked over to pick it up. When I arrived, the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was waiting for me with a smile on his face. "Your pizza is ready my friend!" He cheerfully said as he grabbed a box off the top of the oven. "I made it special for you with extra cheese, since you said you wanted pepperoni and cheese". He patted the top of the box as he advised this then opened it to show me the beautiful cheesy goodness inside. I told him his pizza place was recommended by a colleague and he beamed with pride. He said "I love all my customers" and I told him that I would be a new regular! I shook his hand and introduced myself before leaving. "My name is Mike" he said. My pizza is delicious - cheesy, crispy crust, ample pepperoni, and most importantly, made with love by the hands of an artisan who has been a master of his craft for years. Thank you for the great pie! If you need a quick and delicious lunch, and would like to enjoy some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, come and pay Mike a visit. I will be back to visit very soon! ”
